Nissa

She is powerful in an elf deck but the fact she is only playable in an elf deck is what makes her the worst.  the other walkers can be played in anytype of archtype, though tezz is a  close second but at least you can put artifacts in a varity of decks

HAHAHA! Nissa is great in an Emperor game for the Emperor.

Tezz only really needs a bunch of artifact lands to be broken, pull them in for free, untap two and add loyalty, then when you have enough, make em' 5/5s and crush
Personally Ajani Vengeant seems the most useless to me, though we have a strict no planeswalker rule in my group so I don't really know.

Honestly Jace the mind sculptor is fairly useless to play in my group. If he isn't aggrod to death, he will be met with a welll placed burn spell, or if it's me a well placed duress/despise. A planeswalker's usefullness is determined by  the format or game environment it is played in. I know a lot of people dis on Chandra, but it's true. In an Emperor game she simply rocks. So before declaring a planeswalker useless, kindly do yourself and others a favor and actually look at how it plays in other formats. You'lll be fairly surprised by who is useless and who is not.

Not that chandra is that horrible, it's just that she is unplayable in this format. She's not fast enough to make your opponent worried about her. And between the aggro, stoneforges, and titans running loose, all she can be at the moment is a five mana creature removal, which is not good at all.

I traded my Nissa for a Nicol Bolas...I did not have an elf deck at the time so Nissa was kinda useless to me but now I want her back "BABY COME BACK!"

As for Chandra either of her forms (Naalar and Ablaze) are sick in burn decks.

I agree she's far from useless, as I said she is powerful, in fact she is probally one of the most powerfull of the walkers.  However, she is not that beneficial if she is in my saporling deck, or beast deck, or wolf deck even when I'm sitting in the emperour seat.

Nissa's power comes from the amount of elves that are in the deck she is in, if their are no elves in the deck she is worthless, that limits her options on how she can be played.  None of the other walkers are as bound by whats in the deck as she is.  It is for that reason alone I think she is the worst.

I meant no offense by it, and I get what you mean, Every dog has his day, this is also true with planeswalkers. I apologize if I seemed like I was being a holier than thou b@stard. Also, please don't take to much of what I say, for they are mostly idle thoughts. And to illustrate this fact, I believe an excert is in order.

"What do you think of all this?" The Arch-Demon Sharrin asked, hoping his advisor could make sense of the madness that was the human court room.

The Dying Jester paused before responding with a hint of amusement in his words, "With all due respect my lord, your idle thoughts have a lot in common with humanity's concept of justice. Both simply aren't."

Sharrin paused, wondering whether to be insulted or humbled by his advisor's insight.

A little piece of writing that I've been working on for a while, it's not quite ready, but it will evaluate how the human mindset is ultimately flawed and fueled by irrational ideals.
