I would take the Red one. Not only does it cost less for a lot less Power and Toughness, but it can hit a player too.

I agree with wolf the infect on the red creates a more permanent loss to creature as well as adding counters to a player it could be a win con by itself

I have an original Alpha (or Betta I can't tell) Sengir Vampire that I got from my Dad who started playing Magic when it first came out in 93'... those were the days when an Instant was an Interupt... good times. It is currently in my not-yet-complete vampire deck.
