Any creature with all creature types, like changelings...
do they also get the type "Locus" like the locus lands?
and if not,
then would it gain that if you made your locus lands into creatures?

No they don't under any circumstances.  Locus is a land type not a creature type, just because the land becomes a creature doesn't change that.  Only the two cards with the locus type are locus

you have to duplicate the locus lands, that really is the only way, other than living wish

Locus would still be a land type, not a creature type. Even if you turn the lands into creatures, their lad types would not morph into creature types.

hmmm..

Wouldnt you be able to make the locus lands into creatures and make copies of the creatures somehow?

(cause in EDH/commander, the chances of drawing both locus lands or a locus land and a vesuva is slim :/ ...)

Yes you can.  If you can animate the locus , say cloudpost, you can follow it wil Clone.  Clone will then come into play as a the cloudpost so it can 1) tap for mana 2) it will see other cloudposts 3) it will be a land, not a creature so it can;t attack.

the reason it will be a land and not a creature is that the animation is not a copyable effect, so it will come in as a copy of the opignal.

So with that in mind you can copy the locus if you animate it.  Kiki and splinter twin would work for a short gain if you play amulet of vigor to deal with the comes into play tap.

my suggestion is to use the blue copy cards like clone vesuvian, doppleganer , and such for a more permant fix.  an option is to enchant the animated cloudpost with followed footsteps creating a cloudpost token each turn.  Adding in paradox haze would add some extra fun
