Ummmm, against conspire??

How about i list them?

Against:
1. Conspire
2. Cascade
3. Echo Mage? Izzet Guildmage? or any other creatures that copy spells...
4. Fork, Reverbrate, Reiterate, Twincast or any other copy spell you can think of...

Yeah, but when wouldn't you have a chance not to counter two spells

double negatives are hard

I'm personally gonna go watch my head implode...you can't make this card practical! After 5 matches I give up! This card will never be practical! It could be the only countermagic in the whole of magic and every spell could copy itself and this card will NEVER be practical! I would rather play cancel!!! Do you hear me cancel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Okay, rant over.) But seriously without a complete rehash of Izzet mana fixers I don't see how anyone will be able to play this thing practically (And I mean in every sense of the word).

double negative is built for cascade anyway... it just happens to counter other copy spells...

Thats it! I'm breaking out the emergency booze and going to watch family guy. If all goes according to plan I should loose my memories of Double Negative by 2:00 am. Thank you guys for giving my brain something else to implode over...*grumbles*

Double Negative is of no use in any current format. However Wizards was nice enough to creat Mind Break Trap which is a massive increase from Double Negative. It kills Instant decks (WU, U Counter spell decks, Red Burn, Ad Nausseam, Replicate, and Storm Decks.
