My cat is fascinated with destroying my cards whenever I stack them.  I will go into the living room the next day and he will have jumped up on the table and tackled them to the ground.

BAD KITTTTTYYYY!

Easy solution: attach a shock collar to your lovable feline companion Make a stack of cards you don't want (Mindless Null preferably.) and let him tackle those, while moving your cards into a stargate plastic tupperware container. If that doesn't work, just sit down with your cat and teach him how to play. Based on his tackle mindset I'm willing to bet he'd make one hell of a Boros player, not to mention he will bristle with pride as he swings in with steppe lynx for victory.

you think that's bad, my new kitty recently found his way into my box of green cards, and took a shit.

My cat likes to bat around my 20 siders if I have them loose and lose them for me and she licks the cards and ruins them.

My dragon likes to torch cards... especially when he is losing. Generally he also gets me when he torches them. My Incinerates have been incenarated.

rats found their way into my priced colllection and the rest of them is history though a few cards survived, most of my priced cards, though old were half chewed if not, fully chewed into dust...

My cards were BURNED. All of them. Only one survived. That was an autographed Silent Arbiter. Cool, but still!

And that is why I have taken up the Pauper format.
