Title: Challenge 3: Tribal Block Party

Since the last challenge did not get alot of response I decided to go back to tribal to give you something easier. 


Challenge:  Build a Tribal Block Deck

Rules:

1)  A Tribal build means that 1/3 of the deck needs to be the tribe.  So for a 60 card deck at least 20 cards have to have the same creature type.  So for those who don't know, the type line will say "creature-something" for the 20 cards "something" is the same thing


2)  A Block deck means that all the cards in the deck other then basic lands need to be from the same block.  For those who don't know, a block is a series of three sets that have the same general theme.  For example, zendikar, worldwake, and rise of the eldrazi are all part of the same block



3)   The Ice Age block will consist of Ice age, Alliances, and Coldsnap.  Homelands will be a stand alone block, as will everything prior to Ice age.


4)  To make things interesting the tribal blocks of Onslaught and Lorywn can not be used. also Core sets can not be used.  shadowmoor is ok since it was colored based.


5)  Since we are limited to the block all cards are legal

 

So the challenge is to build a tribal deck with all the cards from the same block.  so will we see your typical elves, soldiers, and goblins, Or will we see some out of the box ideas, some slith, shade,  or a licid or two.  Enjoy

(PS: The actual version of this I play has several artifacts and uses Prototype portal/ Stonework Puma to abuse the come into play thing, but If I had to play block specific this would be it.)

nothing wrong with doing more then 1 deck or more then one person doing the same tribe or block

i go for elf-Scourge... or maybe allies? I also like vampires... maybe goblins... or merfolk... or maybe soldiers... that's 1 of each colors and 1 multicolored deck...
