Ok so i got Lifeline in play. I then cycel Gempalm Polluter giving Zombies +2/+2, and i draw 1 card.

Ok my bad not Zombies +2/+2 but opponent -1 life per zombi in play :) (was thinking of Gempalm Strider and elfs hehe)

Q: Do i get Gempalm Polluter  in to play at end of turn if i cycel it whit Lifeline in play?

no because it was never in play so it can't return to play

Yup, he's right.. Lifeline only triggers if the creature that is put into a graveyard was in play...
