Title: View All Combos for a specific user

One of the most commonly requested features has been the ability to view a list of every combo submitted by a specific user.

When you view a user's details, it will show the five most recent combo submissions for that user.  Just below this list, you will now see a new link which will display every single combo submission for that user, instead of just the five most recent.
