When playing against a mono-green deck I managed to get out a teferi's moat when I was down to 9 life. My opponent had out a morphed krosan cloudscraper, but i could get out a kill card using my panopitic mirror and burning wish, when he attacked he paid the mana to flip it face up and killed me. Naturally I had to admit it was legal, but I had never thought of attacking with a morph creature then flip it up to get past something like teferi's moat, other uses for this may be with a morphed flying creature and chaos sphere. . .

Now onto the question, do you believe it would be possible to build a deck around the above mentioned principle

Very plausible...I'm thinking U/R/G, this would make one hell of a combo deck.
