im almost positive i made this topic before... but it died ages ago. hence why this is #2.
Find any cards that SEEM useless but are actually good? post it here!

It is not a card you can just throw in a deck, you need to build around it, use cards like bonjestu, who shelters all, vexing shusher, gaeas cradle and spells which can;t be countered and it basically reads all your opponets pay 3 more per spell while you pay the normal cost.
ha ha your opponenets student of warfare now costs 3W

playing it with stuff that cant be countered...

Thats actually really cool...
its like, using a mana leak on every spell though...
so if they can pay the extra 3.....
