Title: Deck Idea for a fast mono green

I have never run a deck like this before and was hoping that a few of you would have so critics for it. I am still in the process of its design and have not collected all the cards for it yet.

How about some giant growth or something...

I have beefing in the deck itself that personally are better than M. Growth. Both Rancor, which never leaves my use, and Berserk, which +X where X is the creatures power.

i know but from what i see, you're using creatures that won't stay long to feel the effects of rancor... add in berserk and that makes it even worst...

How about groundswell instead... i'm pretty sure it's better than Rancor in this case...

Rancor

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+0 and has trample.
When Rancor is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return Rancor to its owner's hand.


Berserk

Cast Berserk only before the combat damage step.
Target creature gains trample and gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is its power. At the beginning of the next end step, destroy that creature if it attacked this turn.


Groundswell

Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
Landfall - If you had a land enter the battlefield under your control this turn, that creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn instead.

Giant Growth

Oracle Text:
Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn.

Monstrous Growth

Oracle Text:
Target creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn

Rancor I get multiple uses from it because it comes back to my hand. Berserk gives the majority of my greatures the biggest bang they can get. Add Rancor and berserk together on say....ground breaker and i have a 16/1 trample haste.

against a white weenie that has almost the same speed, that 16/1 is not even gonna go through... plus a groundswell and berserk, you get 20/4 creature that will not be easily taken down by a first striker like white knight...
