I know there a few rules advisors here maybe yall can help. with the semblance anvil, you reduce spells of a types cost by 2. ok, lets say i imprint a silver myr. would i then be able to use a tinker mage to find a palladium myr? the myrs cost would effectively be one. what say you? thanks!

The anvil lets you pay less mana when you cast a spell that shares a type with the imprinted card. Even on the stack, the CMC is not less just because it costs less, so there would be no reason at all for its CMC to cost less in your library either.

Ok. trinket mage. and thanks hungry. so its only when im actually paying for the spell that the reduction is in effect cool. i was hoping it might work the other way. right on.
