It's supposed to be quite annoying. :) WinCon is the Leviathan.

Stormtide Leviathan x4
Clone x4
Cryptoplasm x4
Cancel x4
Mana Leak x4
Stoic Rebuttal x4
Deprive x4
Blue Sun's Zenith x4
Spell Pierce x4
Preordain x2

Island x18
Halimar Depths x4

I would like suggestions!

Nonsense. In a tempered steel build this thing is a nasty little 2/5 for free, or if you only pulled the anthem a 1/4, but still there is definitely something fearsome about a 0/3 that can be called out of thin air.

On the control deck the only thing I would recomend is having a few copies of negate and scatter essence In side board just in case your opponent is playing a deck with either only a few creatures or a lot of creatures. It is very refreshing to see a standard casual deck that isn't just a budget version of a tournament deck.(Yes I'm glaring at you Mr. it's not an exact replica of Kuldotha red just because I couldn't afford contested warzones.)

Okay... after playing this deck multiple times, I've come to notice a few things:

1. I have no creatures except the Clones and the Cryptoplasms. The problem is that I am not able to get them onto the battlefield fast enough, or if I do, I'll want to block their creatures because I'm getting attacked every turn... which will just end up killing them. So, it's almost pointless. My solution to this is to throw in Wall of Frosts or some other kind of flying defender. Preferably one that causes my opponent to have to keep a creature tapped. So, I need some good blue stallers.

2. I get mana screwed. My win-con is the Leviathan. It's pretty much it. But, I know that once I do get it out, it's pretty much a game over because most players don't have a lot of fliers. If they do start bringing out fliers, I always seem to have plenty of counter spells. So, I need some suggestions on some blue mana ramp.

Thanks guys!

Mana ramp in blue can be made available through either sphere of the suns or everflowing chalice.

So the wincon is stormtide, which means you need 8 mana as fast as possible. dying is right the sphere and the chalice are the best options for mana accel. however the sphere only offers 1 mana a turn, so the chalice is the better option.

What you can do is play the chalice on turn 2 and then use the proliferate mechanic to get counters on it, with at least 4 counters you should be in good shape. I personally like the throne of geth for proliferate, mainly because you can sac itself for a proliferate. An option you have is to replace the clones and cytoplasms with memnites and ornihopters, they provide cheap blockers and can be saced after they block. and their 0 cost is great for your counters. the throne can replace spell pierce, which is a weak counter spell anyway. And I would remove the deprieve for the chalice, your not in a position to slow your land drop. Frankly I prefer crystal ball over preordain, while you don;t get the draw the repeatable option makes up the differece. plus it can be saced to the throne.

If you can get it in, turn the tide is a great card that can keep you alive some turns
