If I have conspiracy out and I Beacon of Creation, will the creatures enter as the chosen type?

As soon as the creature comes into play it is your creature type. This is such a nasty card.

So hypothetically if I had conspiracy naming "ally" and I beacon, I'll have a bunch of allies enter the battlefield and trigger various ally abilities?

Yes they do so they will trigger any etb abilities that are based on type. For example you have reaper king out and conspirecy set to scarcrows all you new little 1/1 tokens come into play as scarecrows and you destroy a permanent for each one.
Edit yes abunch of allies will enter the field triggering allied abilities
