I'd add some Mogg Maniacs. When you cast tainted strike on them, it can absolutely demolish your opponent.

Oops...

Would the Assault Strobe's work with the Pyromancer's, Sparkmage's, and Sentinel's activated abilities?

What would you suggest removing to make room for the Assault Strobe's?

look at the R/B infect decks on the main magic site.

i'd suggest putting in flame slashes, smoldering spires, and teetering peeks.

personally, i'd suggest blue black infect for the proliferate, which would go well with the infect, and ALSO, would be very good if you put in triskelion + something to give it infect.

What main Magic site?

I may change it to U/B. I wanted to see if a R/B would be viable though. I will consider adding Triskelion.

I don't see the point of the strobe, other then the dragon your attackers are all only 1/1's so you will only get 2 counters (under normal conditions), the fact it is a sorcery means your opponent will see it coming.  If you use some equipment your opponent might see it coming as but it offers a more long term boost as well as the recycle value. Balasik collar would be nice as it gives your pingers the option of poisoning the player or keeping the path clear for attackers.  darksteel ax offers a nice boost for your attackers for a cheap cost.  i would try to find room for grafted exoskeleton, it will give 2/2 to your attackers and infect to your pingers.

As for making room,  I don't see the value of tainted strike, yes it is a good card but all your attackers already have infect and for your pingers its only a 1 time use, so it is really just the +1/0 bonus that it is giving, I rather have the longer duration effects of equipment even if it cost me a little more.

Edit:  An option is to add piston sledge for a +3/+1 boost, and some ichor wellsprings for card draw, between these cards and vector asp you will have enough cards you can use Throne of Geth to proliferate.  panic spellbomb and trigon of rage can fit nicely as well.  Though to make room for this you would need to give up the defender subtheme, which frankly I don't think is that strong

I have found that ub artifact infect is incredibly efficient. the new tezzeret though i have been down on him, is a monster in this deck. attacking with two 5 5 infectious artifacts is awesome in limited.Constructed and standard on turn four

Gericault: Thanks for the suggestions. I agree about adding Grafted Exoskeleton. I don't know why I didn't think of that. Basilisk Collar would be a great addition as well. I will most likely take out the walls, too. Piston Sledge looks fun but I'm not sure about the Ichor Wellspring and the Throne of Geth. I'll have to play with it to see how it works. Thanks again.

I played against a W/U/B control-ish deck and lost. I'm thinking about getting rid of some of the smaller black infect creatures and adding more card drawing like Sign in Blood and more creature killing cards like Go for the Throat.
