So, I want to make this guy to where he blocks all creatures but doesn't die. Will shield of kaldra do this? Or should i use general's kabuto? Or what if the opponent (creatures) has protection from white, can i still choose for the guard to take the damage?

thanks!

Looks like you have it well planned. Shield of Kaldra will work, and so will That Which Was Taken and Elspeth, Knight Errant. Any time a creature takes Regular damage from Any source it will not die from a lethal amount of damage if it is Indestructible. The damage does stay on the creature throughout the turn, though, so removing indestructibilty by destroying either artifact will kill your creature.

In response to your question about attacking creatures with Protection from White, this effect still triggers. As stated in the rules, Protection from a quality like the color white means:
502.7b
A permanent with protection can't be targeted by spells with the stated quality and can't be targeted by abilities from a source with the stated quality.

502.7c
A permanent with protection can't be enchanted by Auras that have the stated quality. Such Auras attached to the permanent with protection will be put into their owners' graveyards as a state-based effect. (See rule 420, "State-Based Effects.")

502.7d
A permanent with protection can't be equipped by Equipment that have the stated quality. Such Equipment become unattached from that permanent, but remain in play. (See rule 420, "State-Based Effects.")

502.7e
Any damage that would be dealt by sources that have the stated quality to a permanent that has protection is prevented.

This is why, if a creature had Protection from Sorceries, it would be destroyed by Wrath of God since it is not targeting (and if the creatures isn't indestructible) but would not die from an effect like Pyroclasm since Pyroclasm tries to deal damage to the creature and Protection from Sorceries would prevent all damage from a sorcery spell from resolving (targeting or not).

As I stated before, though, Indestructibility will only work when Regular damage is considered. If the source of damage was a creature with Wither, Indestructibility does not prevent -1/-1 counters from being placed on it and though the creature won't die from damage, it will die from the status based effect of it's toughness being less than 0.

For this reason, one alternative to making the creature indestructible is to 'blink' him. If you were to cast Turn to Mist on the Kjeldoran Royal Guard after it had been assigned combat damage, but before that damage resolved to it, the damage would 'fall off' when it leaves play and the creature would return to play at the end of turn with no damage or counters that were placed on it before it left play. On a side note, you can also use Mistmeadow Witch to 'blink' him out and back into play.

In summary, there are a few options you can choose from to prevent combat damage, but in the end it may be better to consider combos like Pariah on Cho-Manno, Revolutionary. His ability states that you would Prevent all damage done to him (that includes wither and deathtouch damage)

also i noted that u wanna beat a sliver deck, best way i found to rly mess up sliver decks is land destro/burn decks. most good sliver decks are 4+ colors and run tiaga and the other duel lands if that have the budget. simply robbing them of whatever land they have the least of is usually pretty simple. and as u know less slivers on the board the better lol. hope that helps u out

i was more referring to a more mass land killer. since there playing with , most likely, land from all 5 colors. a good combo that would roll it is a tooth and nail and Sundering Titan combo. pretty much when played it destroys 2 of every land type. and since its a green deck you elves or snakes for fast mana to pay for tooth and nail. throw in some trap root kami to keep the slivers at bay and hes gonna be pretty much boned
