The second one is what the UB Tezzeret will look like.

The first one looks like some kind of Darksteel Lord. . .

Couldn't it be Karn? Some twisted Phyrexian Karn, anything darksteel has weird sparkly orb things around it...

Actually, yeah, you are right. His face is very similar to Karn's.

I do think the bottom is Tezz  but don't think he has been "Phyrexianized".  He was mindwiped by jace and then "reprogrammed" by bolas, there is nothing to suggest tezz was influenced by the phyrexian's

As for the top one it might be Karn or it can be composite golem or something else.  I personally don't like the idea of Karn going bad.  The whole reason he was created was to fight phyrexians to become one of them would go againest his reason of existence.  Even though it might corrupt his body I think he is strong enough to fight the phyrexian influence, even if he is the source of it. 

And even if he is corrupted it will only be temporary, espeth, koth, venser, maybe even tezz will remove the corruption.  Since Karn is the only being to match bolas in strength it doesn't make sense to have both of them evil

Its possible since she was the physical manifestion of magic. But sincve she is dead it is a mute point

As of now Koth is the only one to have shown the ability to purify anything Phyrexian. But then again it was only in ore natural to Mirrodin... who knows?

Yes but by the story Karn was lost in the blind eternities after hving lost his planewalkerspark and being infected with the phyrexian oil, so i think he has returned but is now phyrexian.

Another thing what about Glissa.  She is currently hiding inside of Mirrodin, I think she will play a big role in the upcoming battle.

Even if Wizards hadn't confirmed it, how many other Planeswalkers do we know with a metal arm?

Wolf no body is saying that it isn't tezz. We know he is was going be in the3 block so he is the only logical conclusion.

Blade I agree karn is infected by the oil. He is the source of it, but just because the body is sick doesn't mean the mind has to give into it. Its kind of ironic that Xantcha, is the perfect example of this.
So without confirmation he has become evil visual graphics aren't enough to support that theory and again even if he has turned it will only be temporary, since you need someone to balance out bolas.
Also since I mentioned the visual, and someone might have a differant take but it looks like he is attaches to everything around him-securing himself down perhaps

I do agree glissa will play a part the mirari as well

Or it could be that he has been secured as a prisoner. Something might be draining his mana.

There is a reddish glow around Tezzeret's arm and a gold one around Karn's "heart". What could that mean?

Betcha the redish glow on Tezzeret's arm is from when he was reconstructed by Nicol Bolas

Since it seems to come from the arm the red on tezz could just be a build up of energy in casting much like the blue light on jace the mind sculptor between his hands

The gold on "karn"'s chest is alot more interesting maybe the removal of his heart if it is him.

Much like bolas there are not many who could hold him prisoner, unless he lets them.  He did run when the infection got loose in him so he wouldn;'t hurt anyone asking them not to seek him.  Its possible he is having someone else hold him prisoner so he wouldn't be loose.  Glissa maybe

Well, they could be using something similar to an Enervant.

If Jace was casting a blue spell, wouldn't that mean that Tezz is casting a red one?

Right just because a mage is a certain color doesn't mean they can't cast spells of other colors. Nissa knows black spells. Barrin cast oblirate which is red and he is blue
