Jeska was captured by a society known as the untouchables and was corrupted. She was later killed by Akroma and reincarnated and bound to the magic of Dorminaria. In her planeswalker state she left Dominaria and the magic of the plane left with her. Timespiral was the aftermath.

Ephemerance-pardon me I am going to add to yours since it is one of my favorite storelines (also sorry there might be a correction or two)

"Kamahl,"Jeska,"Seton,"Braids,"Cabal"Phage"Cabal"Ixidor,"Akroma,"Kamahl,"Karona,"Mirari's"Karn,Memnarch

So after the end of odessy saga jeska was wounded by her brother kamahal while he was under the influence of the mirari, she was sent to the centaur seton to heal while kamahal went to krosa.  Jeska was later kidnapped by Braids and taken to the First, leader of the cabal.  he possessed a killing touch.  When he went to kill jeska the interaction between his power and her latent planeswalker spark transformed her into phage, being immune to his power and him to hers, she went on to marry him and bore him a son(who was later killed by karona).  during that time she fought in the cabal pits and at one point fought againest ixodor and his wife.  she killed his wife and ixodor was exiled to the desert.  while in the desert ixodor discovered he can make his illusions real and created akroma and an army to get revenge on phage and the cabal for his wife (akroma was given her looks).  so ixodor and the cabak fought with akroma and phage as the generals of large armys destroying alot in the process including parts of krosa forest.  kamahal had giving up the warrior ways at this point becomeing a druid. but with teh forest being destroyed he goined forces with the First (phage) to fight ixodor.  during a battle kamahal killed phage, akroma, and anothr woman with 1 swing from his ax and the three women merged into karona. karona spent time trying to find herself and talk to others such as tefri and yawgmoth and another later reaveled to be karn.  kamahal then went into the heart of krosa where he left the mirari sword embeded in the body of laquitis and taking the sword he went head to head with karona where she beat him and her two assistants picked up the miriri sword and killed her.  she seperated into the three women again but jeska spark activated and she lived as her non phage self, karn then appeared and took jeska and the mirari to the plane he created and turned the mirari into memenarch, leading us into mirroden.  while the birth and death of karona created an 8th temproal rift, the plane was already at its max of replenishing the mana the other 7 rifts were leeching away.  it could not handle the 8th and the plane started decaying leading us to time spiral, where jeska returns

Toshiro was transported to dominia after failing the nights reach, he went on become the ancestor of tetseuo (from above) who defeated nicol bolas.  when bolas returned he swore an oath againest the umazna family and the myogin of night's reach for bringing toshiro to dominia in the first place

That explains a lot. I wondered what happened to Toshi at the end of the Kamigawa Cycle
