Before Scars, nothing can keep Blastoderm alive for a long time... but with the new proliferate Blastoderm can stay indefinitely... as long as we want it to stay... It always has been my dream that someday Blastoderm can stay as long as i want it to be.... and that means forever...

nope. as long as the rule text/oracle text doesn't say target something, it doesn't target... thus it does affect shroud creatures...

This also makes proliferate good against shrouded players....

No, Barter in Blood does not target. They get to pick which creatures.

So even is they have Emrakul. He wasn't targeted. The player must sacrifice.

as long as it doesn't say the keyword "Target", then it doesn't target...

Unless the card has the word target on it it does not target anything. There are no implied forms of targeting. The only exception to this is when you play an aura from hand in which case it does target
