I'm kinda new to mtg and very new to Legacy and I would like some help with what cards to put in this deck and info how it should be built.

These are some of the cards I think should be in there are

Primeval Titan 4

Avenger of Zendikar 2

Garruk Wildspeaker 2

Brainstorm 4

Exploration 4

Fastbond 4

Mystical Tutor 4

Fact or Fiction 4

Cunning Wish 4

Khalni Heart Expedition 3

Harrow 4

Explore 4

Cultivate 4

Misty Rainforest 4

Lands Forest ,   Island

What combo(s) should I use to play Genesis Wave for X where X is like 5 less than the cards I have in left my deck. What other cards should I add, can this be competitive. Thanks

. btw ( I"M 13 (and only play MTG Standard for 3 months) So GO EASY on me, since I THINK this Could be COMPETITIVE if it will never be. lol :).

Mystical tutor is banned from legacy, as of July 1, 2010.

Fact or fiction isnt too bad.

the deck seems ok, but honestly, in a truly competitive environment, it would be destroyed.

if youre looking for a deck to be able to start playing Legacy with competitively, thats relatively cheap to build, try to make a Fluctuator deck.  they cost aroune 30 bucks to build and just destroy peoples faces.
