Is proliferate any good other than poison counters on players?

Sure, it also works with planeswalkers, myojins, charge counters, Rasputin Dreamweaver... lol. I'm thinking I'll probably run some proliferate in my Ashling EDH deck just to pump her and screw with politics of other players with counters going on.

Lifespark is pretty good too, but pales in comparison to Pyrite and Aether.

Compared to the other spellbombs, lifespark is i think is the worst spellbomb... Even the white spellbomb scales better than lifespark...

all the spell bombs are good depending how you use them I personally like lifespark as it works well in my eradicate deck

The most broken card in SoM is probably Necrotic Ooze. I mean, look at this setup:

I meant that Necrotic Ooze isn't broken. People seem to be misusing that term too much.
