In all tcg's I usually find one card that I really want to abuse, but can't seem to find a way to abuse it. The card I find hard to abuse in MTG is Jester's Cap,I love it's ability to screw with the opponent's deck, but I can't decide what deck to build around it. I've considered using U/B with counterspells/discard spells to allow me to eventually mill my opponent via the cap, but I'm sure there is a better use for it than what I'm coming up with. If someone could, would you please share with me a possible deck idea for playing with this card?

ok got to give you props for wanting to use jesters cap. granted a good card but to want to use it outside a mill thats the props. of course it doesn't really lend itself to outside mill. you can be differant and go UW instead and ritual of restoration to play it again and rings of brighthearth to use the ability twice.
If you want to be really differant you can go multi color and play the wish spells as well as ring of maruf and use the cap againest yourself turning it into a 2 part tutor

4 jester's cap,4 reconstruction,and 4 mystical tutor to get jester's cap in play use them 8 times hell put a feldon's cane or two in it also

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll probably just end up building seperate decks and see which one does best.

use rings of brighthearth with it, plus sadistic sacrament and denying wind, this tends to lead to suspending with jhoria, using iso's with twincast and Mirari, clockspinning tends to do a nice touch for speed, as well as jhoria's time bugs and rift elementals, it really ties together nicely with some major burn spells as well.
