Title: Question about a card interaction

Humility is a card that i am trying to work a deck around right now.

Humility (Enchantment)

All creatures lose their abilities and are 1/1.

Will this card counter Enter into play abilities. For example, Wall of omens, Flametongue Kavu, or more importantly creatures with Graft X (This creature enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, you may move a +1/+1 counter from this creature onto it.). I don't really care about the moving counters part just the enters the battlefield with x 1/1 counters on it part.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess that by the time that the creature is on the field, Humility has already canceled it out.

Humility is a P.I.T.A for rules lol

np, i have had plenty of problems with Humility rules lol pretty blah. lol

someone had a combo question with humility and opalescence once.......the discussion on it from various judges was about 25 pages long.

basically because

Cast Humility
Cast Opalesence.

Humility is now a 4/4 creature.  Due to its own ability, its now a 1/1 with no abilities. therefore, it turns into a 4/4 with "all creatures are 1/1 with no abilities" now it turns itself into a 1/1 with no abilities, etc etc etc lol

Luckily protean hydra would still work lol. Unlike wall of omens which is "when it enters", it is strictly "enters with".

it happened at a Pro Tour back in like 2008.  but they official decision was that since it creates an infinite loop that neither player could stop, (since there is no time to react since both are Static abilities), it would just force the game into a draw.

I hated it because me friend used it against my first elf deck... when i put in a sideboard, humility is ok for me...
