Title: Need help with an Esper aggro deck

I have made an Esper deck. Could I get some suggestions about how to make it better? The deck has to be legal in standard tournaments.

Let me start this by saying these are only my suggestions, and i apolgize in advance if Im over critical.

First off you have to many 1 offs you will never be able to establish an sort of consistancy with the deck, also you don't really have much of an early game, the only creatures you have the first few turns are ones you want to protect to help pull out/protect the beats later, definitly not an aggro strategy.
So at this point you need to decide if youu want to go more aggro, which case lose some of the high cmc singles for faster lower costing cards like esper stormblade. or you can increase the control aspect, still lose the high singles but replace them with more control base cards, like unsummon, Into the roil, doomblade, maybe some walls like wall of frost/denial, as well as land grabbers. This will buy you the time to find the mana you need for the sphinix.
Also depending how you go will play alot into the equipment, though I would lose them in place of card draw such as divation or esper charm. I would still lose the unbinder tine as there is not alot to untap in the current list, I would also lose the obelisk and replace all 3 with 3 more ethersworn canonist. That's it for now, hoped it helped

Esper can have aggro? I've always played control. Can you explain how the deck's supposed to play out? Just curious.
