As the scheme phase happens before anything else, if the scheme that lets you drop 2 lands into play tapped,  cant you then untap them on your untap phase?

The sheme is actually played at the very beginning of your first main phase.

I believe Scheme happens after untap phase. Actually after upkeep phase and before draw?

I stand corrected.

Yeah it does happen at the begining of the first main.  I got this confused with choas magic which the chaos phase happens before anything else.  Boy dont I feel a little sheepish (BAAAAAAA).
