On your start hand you need the Simian or Elvish Spirit guide (only one of them), Gemstone Caverns, Protean Hulk or Summoners Pact (only one of them) and Flash. Oh, and another card.
If your opponent goes first, you exile one card from your hand and play Gemstone Caverns with a luck counter on it. Tap it for U*, and discard the Spirit Guide for G/R (you need it for (1), so it doesn't matter). Use these 2 mana to play Flash and put Protean Hulk on the battle field. (If it's not on your start hand, search it with Summoners Pact.) Because you can't pay it's mana cost (even although they're reduced by 2), you instantly put it into your graveyard, which triggers it's ability: Search your library for 4 Dsiciples of the Vault, 4 Shifting Walls and 4 Phyrexian Marauders (total mana cost: 4). Because the Walls and the Marauders don't have any +1/+1 counters, ther toughness is 0, so they also go to the graveyard. Now, the Disciples ability triggers, so your opponent loses 1 life for each artifact, that went to the graveyard, multiplied by 4 (because you have 4 Disciples). To make it short: Your opponent loses 32 life, and his first turn didn't even start!
*(The rules say, that you can't tap this card for mana before the game. So let's say, you do it at the beginning of your opponents first main phase.^^)
