on the toolbar in the text-box there are three pics, one looks like some mountains, sitting next to a calendar.  click it and enter in the website address of the picture (best way is to right click on the pic and select 'copy image location') then you paste that into the info box that will pop up (should say 'img url' or something similar!)  there you go!

Google search on HTML codes for images.... That's the code to use on Google Chrome or even firefox and IE, if you want to be hardcore...

I can't post the code because the site recognizes it as an HTML code and tries to display an image from the url that i typed ("Image URL" which if you know is just a sample code to demonstrate how it works)...

This is the code follow it:

<img src="Image Url" height="desired height in pixels" width="desired width in pixels">

Notes:
To get Image Url, you must right click the image then choose "copy image url", as described by JMDin83....

desired height and desired width are in pixels and must be proportional to each other in relation to the image... the bigger the input dimension of the image in relation to its actual dimension, the more stretched and blurry it will look... The more out of proportion the height and width of your image, the weirder it will look...

Practice makes perfect...
