Could somebody please give me advice on how to run a mono black deck focusing on the madness mechanic and make it work decently?

Well I'm trying to take advantage of cards like Urborg Syphon mage, Oona's prowler, and Hidden horror. Basically I'm trying to make the madness keyword play well with cards that require discarding as an additional cost to use their abilities.

Thanks for the help. My internet currently sucks and will only allow me to check a few pages now and again without freezing up.
