It is free and they have every card printed, so there are no restrictions on the decks you can build (although very few players play with ??? type decks that I've noticed). I mainly play T2 decks as that's what I play with on wed nights with a few friends, but have made some decks based on combos from this sight that are different. My name on there is wurtnik too. If you do play on MWS would you mind leaving your game name here so I can keep an eye out for you on there. There will be all the cards printed in there (except roe but i'll go through that when you have got this far). Then to make a new deck go to file : new deck. Then grab the cards from the masterbase and put them in your deck. Once you have a deck built go onto mwsonlineplay (another program that you get when you downloaded mws) and load up your deck, connect to mws and start playing. There is a place to put your name to distinguish you from other players, or some people use the default Player. MWS is also the program netdraft players use, so you tend to be able to get a few drafts in before a set is released, giving you a little playtest before you pay to draft.
