Like Lightning Bolt. The new art looks much more menacing. However, I like the simpleness of the original artwork.

I started playing just as Fallen Empires had come out, so I basically grew up with the old artwork. But, I still like the artwork on the cards nowadays than I do the older cards. In another thread, someone mentioned how they want artifacts to go back to that brown color and gold cards to go back to the way they were. I think they look better the way they do now.

^^ For Lure, I like the older one better. I like the Ice Age version as well.

gravedigger has a lot of art, but I'd have to go with the onsluaght one. llanowar elves I'd go with one with the swords. Heres a question birds of paradise fav art?

old lure I'd have to go with in part since for the longest time it and venom made my green decks

For Birds of Paradise, I think the 7th version is my favorite, followed by the 2010 version then the old version.

I like the old version (Alpha to Sixth Edition) of BoP, you get a bird and a Volcanic Island... 2 cards in one...

I really like the art for Old cards.. And not just art but also the card layout... Whenever I see a single old card in a shop, i'm pretty sure i'll buy it no matter what it is... well, except for those that are too expensive...

I think Stone Rain is one of the cards with the most art variations (Not counting the basic lands of course)

So let's see, my favorite art for:

Dark Ritual is Fifth Edition, hands down.

Counterspell is Tempest, obviously.

Disenchant is Tempest, of course.

Giant Growth is Tenth Edition, by far.

And lastly, for Stone Rain, I would have to go with the Portal 3K, but I'm not too crazy about this card's art, considering the amount it has, it sure isn't too impressive artwise (but that's just me).........................

The first Counterspell is the funniest. The last one looks the coolest.
