My question is: Does it turn perm's that are in your library/graveyard into enchantments? Also, and I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question but Ima ask anyway, can you desroy LANDS with enchantment killing abilities since they are perm's? Some cards are complicated and I like to know everything about them before I play with them. This is one of those.

I'm not sure about the first part of the question, but for the second part, I would say yes. A land is a permanent so if this card is out, it's an enchantment and a land. You could destroy lands with something like Disenchant if this card was out.
