Just my opinion though, why Pyromancer's Ascension? You have a few instants/sorcery... I doubt that it will have enough impact... Just my opinion, you can just ignore my opinion if you think that Ascension is important... I know that you're going for the Ascension triggering when the Mirror triggers...

id take out the red,
put in some spells that can counter spells,
stick in a couple traumatize's maybe?
stick in a sage of fables or 2,
stick in a fatespinner,
maybe patron wizard,
maybe graceful adept,
maybe vedalken archmage (cause it has "wizard cycling"),
maybe sage of epityr (1 blue to play a creature and rearange the top 4 cards of your library? thats GOOD),
DEFINITELY riptide director,
DEFINITELY ink dissolver,
maybe voidmage prodigy,
and definitely door of destinies and coat of arms.

which you decide to put in your deck?
thats up to you, theres too many wizards i just listed for me to even have an idea...

I feel you are all over the place, you have LD, steal, direct damage, draw, tap/untap, #  of wizards in play. You need to focus on what you want to do.  since you want to make a wizard deck lets focus in on that.  to start with wizards fall into blues world so i agree with Morbid lets lose the red, that frees up 14 slots.  i would also lose blantant thievery(due to cost and only benefits multiplayer) and Braids (odds are she will be killed before you get the benefit).  I would also lose prosperity as it doesn't give you CA.

In there stead I would add 2 more panoptic mirrors, I would then add cards that give me CA like divation and ancestral vision both go well with the mirror (especially the vision), bribery is a solid replacement for thievery and goes with the mirror as well, and a few cards the hinder my opponet such as exhaustion (exhaustion and mirror=lockdown).

I would then fill up with wizards, the ones list by morbid are good options especially sage of epiter and sage of fables.  Other good ones are those that can counter spells, disruptive pitmage is a nice 1 drop that can wreck the opponents early game, ertai is also a solid choice, glen elendra archmage is great, 1 blue to counter any spell

oh yeah, glen elendra archmage and sage of fables, repeatably counter any spell for 1 blue mana, yes please-feel free to post that one.

I don't know much about Wizard decks, but why do you need the Blatant Thievery?

I've always had trouble having a finishing blow in blue decks, so I felt like maybe red could help with that, same idea with theivery. The problem is the deck performs well in two headed as a mono blue or when not attacked but in one on one I can't seem to get mono blue to work
