jacking or high jacking creatures means you opponent plays them. With this you use the totem to take the opponents creatures, and the gilder bairn/ gemstone array gives infinite mana to play them with. Just use the ruins to put the totem back on the top of the deck, and you can do it again with future sight. Stone-seeder and freed from the real lets you untap the academy using mana, which you have infinite of form the gilder barin and gemstone array. You can use a freed form the real to tap gilder, or use a paradise mantel, or tim them with psionic gift.

If you don't want or use some cards in your hand, you can discard them by Mind Over Matter. One for untap Academy Ruins, another for untap mana source like Tolarian Academy, Much Islands or etc. If you can produce many, many manas, you can use this process many time you want.

The Ornithopter can be any artifact, really. The point is to have a card you can put on top of Medomai in your graveyard, so the Shapeshifter stops copying it long enough to attack.

Once a creature is doing something, in this case attacking, spells or abilities that say it can't are irrelevant.

So, discard Medomai to the shapeshifter to make it a Medomai and swing with it, deal the damage, and get your extra turn.

Next turn, discard your choice artifact to drop the shapeshifter back to itself, attack, and use the Academy Ruins to put the artifact on top of your deck, changing the shapeshifter back to Medomai to net another turn when you connect.

1.Timesifter triggers during your upkeep. Draco is exiled and you get the extra turn since Draco is the most expensive CMC card at 16.
2.Activate the imprinted Pull from Eternity, putting Draco in your graveyard.
3.Play your turn as you want until you are about to end it.
4.Before you end your turn, use Academy Ruins to put Draco on the top of your library.

well some of the cards like the counters, i say force and mana tithe because they cost one mana and you can use them on your opponents first few turns.

Basically what i try to pull of is a gemstone starting hand, and if you get to choose who goes first go second and throw it out but if you end up going first it isn't much of a problem except you don't have blue mana i try to stick to only plains but you can throw in plains island dual lands if you want, to you lay gemstone whatever they play you can counter it that first turn, then on your turn lay a land and play grim monolith, if its ancient tomb you have grim and one floating so 4. Then discard a spirit guide and lay stuffy, first turn stuffy lay. then next turn guilty and win. Now im sure there are better ways of getting the cards into your hand but this is the general concept. i say possibly turn one cause there is probably a way to get him and guilty out and find a way to do one damage to it.

Yeah it requires some setup when played in the early game but in a BUG deck you shouldn\'t have any problem putting all combo pieces into play in the same turn. Yeah it\'s also pretty fragile but in a deck made for combos in these colors (especially BUG) you\'ll make it work.

Suture Priest is interchangeable with Blood Seeker if you prefer Bant for combos.

They\'ll think you intend to drain them 1 point at a time when they see Blood Seeker (or Suture Priest) if Forbidden Orchard is in play. They will let Intruder Alarm resolve if Forbidden Orchard isn\'t in play but non-Johnnies can easily miss what\'s about to happen even if Forbidden Orchard is already online.

Once you\'ve ensured that your permanents are not being countered, cast Animate Land on Forbidden Orchard (in response to any permanent destruction they might use if they catch on) and tap it for mana. An opponent will get a 1/1 spirit and Intruder Alarm and Blood Seeker\'s triggered abilities will cause your creature-ized Forbidden Orchard to untap and the opponent to lose 1 life (Not even Gisela can stop this one!). Give them infinite 1/1 creatures and make them lose infinite life.

They can\'t even be mad because pain is a necessary trade for pleasure . >:D

Basically, have walking atlast, Amulet of Vigor, Voltaic Construct, and your landfaller out on the field. Then play your first karoo land, then tap Walking atlas to put a second karoo land into play, returning the first to your hand. well since the amulet is out the karoo lands come into play untapped, and can be used with voltaic construct to untap the atlas and repeat the procedure

Not the best "infinite mana" idea around, but works well for a G/U deck. Here's how it works:

TURN 1: Pick a land - literally any land - and put it on the field. As long as you can get Amulet of Vigor onto the field, it's all good.
TURN 2: Pull out Simic Growth Chamber; this'll force you to put the other land back in your hand - but it's a small sacrifice. If you have it - and you should - play Summer Bloom now with your newly-generated mana, and put as many as three new lands onto the field this turn. NOTE: One of these should be Blinkmoth Nexus.
TURN 3: If you have another, play a new land - you might need it. In theory, you should have at least four lands now (Simic Growth Chamber, Blinkmoth Nexus and any other two lands)... this is where the fun starts.

Pay 3G to play and enchant Dawn's Reflection onto Blinkmoth Nexus. Tap Blinkmoth Nexus for mana - you should be able to generate one colorless mana and two blue mana. Now I hear you asking, "why two blue?" Use the colorless mana to turn Blinkmoth Nexus into a 1/1 creature, one blue mana to enchant this new "creature" with Freed From the Real, and the other blue to untap it. After that, you can tap Blinkmoth Nexus for whatever mana you want (as long as you generate a blue mana with which to untap it again) - seemingly infinite colored mana for as long as you keep (un)tapping Blinkmoth Nexus.

► Summer Bloom and Amulet of Vigor are completely optional, but they just make the combo go a little faster if you have them on hand.

This is a fun combo I\'ve used with only Abyssal and Bazaar, but I like this verison better. Use Bazaar to give your opponent Immortal Coil, then drop a Bojuka Bog, game over. Abyssal is just in there for fun, or in case you need to stall. The trader is easily dealth with, though, so be wise about it or protect him hoever you see fit. Giving him haste would also be best, so a Goblin Chieftain may help. In practice though, it\'s a simple 3 card combo you could pop out early with the right mana accel.

4 mana in addition to what you have floating in your mana pool you should have 5 red and 2 white  use 3 red to copy rite of flame again make sure the copies of the spell resolve not the original this will give you 1 red each time so then you should be able to have 30 red 2 white by now with the 2 white cast......Shahrazad which means you and your opponent play a sub game of magic using your library as your deck and whoever loses, loses half their life rounded up using your 30 red copy that spell 10 times and  enjoy your 10 subgames of magic   =)

Choose to copy the cipher trigger, and untap the land and artifact until you have all the mana you need. This works when the devotion is 3 or greater for any color of your choice.

Also, notice that it bypasses command zone rules after death, which is OP in that format in my opinion.

This combo, in itself, is rather simple. It really doesn't matter what order the cards are played in. When all (or almost all) of the cards are out:
  • Find a way to tap Gilder Bairn first and foremost - I would do this by using the now-enchanted Forest to generate three mana, and use any number of those to play a green spell (if you want, you can use this as a reason to play Earthcraft or Doubling Season now). Anyways, tap Gilder Bairn to untap the enchanted Forest.
  • Again, tap the enchanted Forest to generate three more mana with which you can pay for Gilder Bairn's ability. This puts double the counters on Arcbound Stinger (triple if you have Doubling Season out).
  • Repeat the cycle... tap Gilder Bairn, untap the enchanted Forest; tap the Forest, pay to untap Gilder Bairn and add more counters to Arcbound Stinger; repeat ad infinitum...
Voila - in due time, you'll have yourself an ∞/∞ colorless creature with flying.

Not the best "infinite mana" idea around, but works well for a G/U deck. Here's how it works:

TURN 1: Pick a land - literally any land - and put it on the field. As long as you can get Amulet of Vigor onto the field, it's all good.
TURN 2: Pull out Simic Growth Chamber; this'll force you to put the other land back in your hand - but it's a small sacrifice. If you have it - and you should - play Summer Bloom now with your newly-generated mana, and put as many as three new lands onto the field this turn. NOTE: One of these should be Blinkmoth Nexus.
TURN 3: If you have another, play a new land - you might need it. In theory, you should have at least four lands now (Simic Growth Chamber, Blinkmoth Nexus and any other two lands)... this is where the fun starts.

Pay 3G to play and enchant Dawn's Reflection onto Blinkmoth Nexus. Tap Blinkmoth Nexus for mana - you should be able to generate one colorless mana and two blue mana. Now I hear you asking, "why two blue?" Use the colorless mana to turn Blinkmoth Nexus into a 1/1 creature, one blue mana to enchant this new "creature" with Freed From the Real, and the other blue to untap it. After that, you can tap Blinkmoth Nexus for whatever mana you want (as long as you generate a blue mana with which to untap it again) - seemingly infinite colored mana for as long as you keep (un)tapping Blinkmoth Nexus.

► Summer Bloom and Amulet of Vigor are completely optional, but they just make the combo go a little faster if you have them on hand.

On your next turn play Windbrisk Heights again then use Deserted Temple to untap it then repeat.

ok this is a realy easy combo to pull off im suprized i havent seen it on here yet first off get your hedron crabs, drowner initaiates and iky sticks (isichron scepors) out with the icky sticks copieing the counterspells. then once you got that far play dimir aquiduct it comes into play tapped and returns a land to your hand  witch triggers hedron crabs landfall ability be sure to tap the land for mana befor plaing dimir, then keep bouncing back and fourth with the dimir\\\'s when you play enough mana use your mind funerals traumatizes and what not and used the ickysticks to counter whatever there trying to do to stop you (heart stones are a nice add on to this combo too) then when you\\\'ve gone trhough about half there deck plat haunting echoes it exiles there graveyard and all cards in there hand and library with the same name as any card in that was exiled in there graveyard exept basic land and watch them cry (be sure to have a counterspell hand and mana to use it when you play that thought to be safe)

I need help finding a finisher/ win condition for this combo.

Fluctuator combined with a bunch of cycling cards is awesome.  Especially if most or all of you cycling costs are 2 or less mana and colorless.  If you fill your deck with such cards you can swim through your deck with ease.

Once you get your cycle fest on play an astral slide and you can blink your opponents creatures all day.  This will keep the heat off of you.  Also, it works great with come into play effects like SunTitan and reveilarch.  these could be win conditions as they could put creatures into play that you cycled into your graveyard. 

What would help this deck win?

I looked at my Blinkmoth Mana Generator combo and thought to myself, "This is good, but it could be... better." Then this came to mind... seems as if it would work well for a mono-green deck.

TURN 1: Get Dryad Arbor on the field. Don't care how.
TURN 2: Play another land (preferably a Forest), and play Prismatic Omen.
TURN 3: Play yet another land, tap all lands and enchant it with Freed From the Real.
TURN 4: Tap all lands (except Dryad Arbor) and enchant Dryad Arbor with Fertile Ground. Tap it for two mana - a blue mana (to untap it) and one of any other color. Repeat as necessary...

This is a combo to drop the already posted combo of Mycosynth Lattice and Null Rod on Turn 1.


There are 10 cards listed, but only 5 are needed to start this combo.


Drop a Forest and Discard an Elvish Spirit Guide to net 2 Green mana.
Cast Channel.
Pay 8 life to cast both Mycosynth Lattice and Null Rod.
The board is now locked so lands can't be tapped for mana because they're artifacts also and tapping for mana is an activated ability.
If you have Lodestone Golem and/or Batterskull in hand, channel them out too.  Lodestone'll make it harder for your opponent to cast any kind of removal if they have something they can cast for free and Batterskull will help you get your life back after all the channeling in case you're against a burn deck with some kind of 'free' burn spell.


Manamorphose is in there in case you get a hand with no green sources and 2 Simian Spirit Guides. With your deck full of mana sources that come from your hand like Elivish Spirit Guide and Simian Spirit Guide and 'Free' creatures like Memnite and Dryad Arbor you can lock the board so early that a single 1/1 creature could win it in 20 more turns!


If you have access to Moxes or a Lotus, those can take the place of some lands in your deck.  Once the lock is in place, the Moxes and Lotus will be no less useful than lands.

Awesome combo i found by accident playin my elf deck the other day. Basically u get all 3 cards in play and assuming u have 5 lands( forests for this) tap the one enchanted by elvish guidance. This will produce 7 mana since it makes one mana for being a land and 6 mana for the elf and elf lands. Now pay 3 tap staff and untap enchanted elf land now pay 1 to untap staff. Leaving u with 3 excess mana each time so its infinite green mana, life gain, draw, creature tap etc. Usually i keep myr matrix and blasting station in the deck and draw to them when combo hits. Making myr infinitely and sacrificing them to station 1 at a time for the kill. Originally found this using viridian joiner and blanchwood armor with staff. Love to hear thoughts need umbral mantle i know. But since this is somethin i play a bit would love to take any input on it.

the idea I had for this combo was geeting enough mana to hard cast emrakul.  then cast splintertwin on him and tap him.  then using eye of ugin search the library for eye of ugin, and then cast hi m  again, then well, that is where the rest of the combo is in complete I need to be able to pull the enchantment splinter twin back out of my library every time.
for those that are confused of how this would work, let me explain in beter detail:

when emrakul comes out, you get an extra turn
on the extra turn atach the red enchantment splinter twin to it, and tap it
this generates another emrakul, however the legendary rule then applies...
which causes BOTH emrakuls to die.
since emrakul hit the graveyard the whole grave yard is sent back into your library
using your remaining mana, you search for emrakul, and play (and yes this would take a lot of mana thus I am only going to use this combo in fun matches, with a type one deck, wear i can pump out the three urza lands easily with expedition map)
once you have emrakuls in play again
you can repeat the process, exept now I need another splinter twin, if there was a way to grab the old one (which is now in the library again)  I could keep this going indefinitly.

this seems like your helping an opponent out in the beginning so it most likely wont get it interrupted, but this fetches you infinite mana, and you opponent infinite creatures, you enchant the orchard with living terrain, now you tap the orchard for 1 mana and your opponent gets a creature, which because of intruder alarm untaps the orchard which you tap it again, so on. Now your opponent is gaining infinite creatures because of you and would probably be like \\\"oh ok\\\" until you play the phalanx, dealing one damage to them for each spirit token you gave them =D this works great in big multiplayer games

I just like this combo.  Well, I like any combo that kills your opponent in ways they didn't see coming.  Suture Priest also works well with this combo.  If Ascendant Evincar is in play this becomes ugly.  Creature comes into play, burns him for 1 and then withers away, but there are tons of ways you can get rid of the forbidden fruit from the orchard while still allowing you to name your color for those multi-color decks.

I love funky little Forbidden Orchard combos.  There are several ways to do this, but I like this one.


Once you get these all out, you tap for any color mana, and give your opponent a creature which being 0/0 dies, which activates burning sands and kills one of their lands in the process.


Add in some fun untap land stuff and your opponent will be wondering where his ability to cast went.

Yeah it requires some setup when played in the early game but in a BUG deck you shouldn\'t have any problem putting all combo pieces into play in the same turn. Yeah it\'s also pretty fragile but in a deck made for combos in these colors (especially BUG) you\'ll make it work.

Suture Priest is interchangeable with Blood Seeker if you prefer Bant for combos.

They\'ll think you intend to drain them 1 point at a time when they see Blood Seeker (or Suture Priest) if Forbidden Orchard is in play. They will let Intruder Alarm resolve if Forbidden Orchard isn\'t in play but non-Johnnies can easily miss what\'s about to happen even if Forbidden Orchard is already online.

Once you\'ve ensured that your permanents are not being countered, cast Animate Land on Forbidden Orchard (in response to any permanent destruction they might use if they catch on) and tap it for mana. An opponent will get a 1/1 spirit and Intruder Alarm and Blood Seeker\'s triggered abilities will cause your creature-ized Forbidden Orchard to untap and the opponent to lose 1 life (Not even Gisela can stop this one!). Give them infinite 1/1 creatures and make them lose infinite life.

They can\'t even be mad because pain is a necessary trade for pleasure . >:D

in your turn activate the Orchard gaining control of the token and giving back the opps creature. Then, activate Infiltrator twice stacking the effects targeting his creature under his control second.

On Resolution the Infiltrator Exchanges control with his creature and then exchanges control with the token. At the end Infiltrator and Opps Creature is under your control and the token enchanted with the Illusionary Gains is under his control.
The Abolisher is just for prevention that opp activates the infiltrator when he has control of Infiltrator between resolition of effect 1 and 2.

Essentially, get Eater of days out (use Torpor Orb like shenanigans or manifest it to dodge the two turn loss for yourself, but make sure the Torpor Orb gets gone after your opponent has Eater of Days). Next put Infinite Reflection on Eater and use Zedruu the Greathearted to donate Reflection to your opponent .

Now tap Forbidden Orchard, you get any color mana, and your opponent (the one with the Eater of Days) gets another Eater of Days instead of the spirit, due to I.R., and skips their next two turns.

As long as you tap Orchard once each round, you will very effectively lock that opponent out of the game.

Free Turn: at this point you are laughing and going to win in 1 more turn... and 12 life.

FD will make a 1/1 elf. the first 1/1 goes to the graveyard triggering BI (since tokens hit the graveyard then cease to exist). do this as many times as you want ending the -1/-1 cycle by targeting another creature then bitter ordeal your opponents entire library away. (it\'s even more satisfying if it\'s a multiplayer game)
