Rulings2022-10-07 If the target creature has become untapped as the last ability tries to resolve, Motion Sickness stays attached to the creature it's already on. 2022-10-07 Taking a break and looking at the horizon is said to help those suffering with motion sickness. It won't remove the enchantment, but it can't really hurt either. Current Oracle text is shown for every printing.
