Some spolers are out now
http://www.mtgsalvation.com/spoilers/175-conspiracy-take-the-crown

lots of cards dealing with voting, monarch and melee and such stuff.

I won't buy so much of them because I more prefer to play Commander and normal decks, so these cards have limited use cases for me.

What do you think?

I loved the first conspiracy and it seems they are keeping with the elements that I enjoyed. So I will be buying alot of them, not just for the drafting but the cards I'm seeing already seem like they can be a good fit for commander (which I play alot of) Melee will be perfect in any multiplayer format as will the voting mechanic (I hope they come out with better voting cards, though Lieutenants of the Guard is good) I am especially liking the Goad mechanic, provoke with a kick, great for getting rid of those pesky utility creatures. And incorporating the monarch mechanic into a causal commander game can really add some interest

I agree, limited usage in commander but there are some intriguing cards for commander. I think the "monarch" interaction can be fun, Kaya the new planeswalker has a cool, self regenerating ability, sovereign's realm is a 5 color decks dream. Anyway for the most part I agree with you but one of the things I love about commander is finding unexpected advantage in "crappy" cards.

Some cards are very nice, like this here

but I don't like to count the # of special cards to define an effect later in the game; cards like
I wouldn't play. I don't want to increase the administrative work load, I simply want to play and have fun. When game preparation last longer than game play this sounds not like fun.
And what happens to these cards if the draft has been played? How do they work in normal card game afterwards? May I only play cube draft with them again or will they be handled like Flame Burst where you count the number of cards in the graveyards or may I throw them away?

These cards with effects while being the monarch may be worth trying, so Regal Behemoth

may be useful in our existing kittchen table group when playing commander-king-of-the-hill, I'll try to incorporate them in a deck and see what happens.
The cards of type conspiracy we will ignore, melee is very limited in formats we play.

Oh, the list is nearly (211/221) complete.
I won't buy displays since the number of reprints is to high for me.
Maybe I take a look at the secondary market for single cards...

EDH isn't too bad, there are a few monarch cards that can really be exploited if one's meta doesn't have much of this new set.
I bought a pack hoping to crack a berserk for my EDH Infect. I succeeded.
That being said there is a bunch of reprints that are great in this set. Burgeoning is going to be really easy to pick up at the end of this year since it is also being reprinted in the new commander decks. I'd say it is a great addition to any commander deck running green.

I feel like I'm the only one around here that does horde magic but I might as well point it out: this is a pretty good set for the horde. The goblins with melee work gorgeously, as they automatically adjust difficulty for the number of players. Kaladesh wasn't bad, but Conspiracy had some great pulls at low rarities for the opposing horde army.
