This is meant for EDH mainly, but I believe it also works in Legacy. I'm sure there are more efficient ways to do this. It will draw you a lot of heat at the table since it's not always one turn kill per se but it can be if you play it right. Preferably you want to durdle around for a while, and build up a board with many expendable artifacts before you do execute this and you will need Sanguine Bond on the battlefield as well.

To start, use Master Transmuter's tap ability to return an artifact from the battlefield to your hand, replacing it with Filigree angel, who will give you 3 life per artifact you control when he enters the battlefield. Sanguine Bonds then triggers and you can lay down some serious hurt on one of your opponents. Once you have done this use Stonybrook Angler's tap ability (Or any other ability that untaps a permanent.) to untap master transmuter. Use her to return Filigree angel to your hand and repeat the process next turn.

Many ETB effects benefit from this combo as well, since cards are frequently leaving and entering the battlefield during this process. If you have more untap abilities, feel free to use them in order to repeat the combo more than once in the same turn. Feel free to make suggestions or comments and I hope some of you try this out.

For those who question the efficacy of this combo and its applications, I agree it's rather conditional. This combo is not very elaborate, but it works. I have won games of EDH against three other people running much better decks simply because this combo is something people NEVER see coming for some reason (The people in my play group do and they hate me for it now.). It's one of those "Oh...filigree angel... that's um... OHHHH...." moments for everyone at the table.

My general strategy is to run several wacky creatures that do unpredictable or stupid stuff so people are generally not concerned with me and focus on other players. Feel free to do strange things like attack with a 4/4 flyer and then hydro surge your own damn creature. Anything to divert their attention and their sources of damage to some other sod while you silently tutor up the pieces you need to unleash the Filigree Death Cannon(You only need 7 artifacts to do 23 damage.).

I like off the wall win cons where your opponent is left "wtf" and this falls into that category. Personally I would play it in a pillowfort shell so even if people know it still be hard to deal with.
A suggest thoigh, and I can't believe I'm saying this because I hate the card, replace the merfolk with intruder alarm. With that change you can trigger your combo multiple times per turn. Amount of blue mans will be your only restriction. (did someone say alter reality urborg)
