Following the rules of the Commander format, there can never be ANY copies of anyone's commander in hand or on the field at any given point. By exploiting the rule that such a copy must be immediately sacrificed upon entering the field, it is possible to make copies of it and have those copies deal theoretically infinite damage to a target.
Sharuum the Hegemon is the easiest Commander with which to do this combo as her active ability to bounce artifacts back from the graveyard means that you will not need any extra cards to make this combo work. Mulligan for Phyrexian Metamorph and/or Disciple of the Vault in your first hand. Get your Commander out as quickly as possible and wait until your opponent is down on cards or mana. Summon Disciple of the Vault and then Phyrexian Metamorph, selecting your Commander Metamorph's target.
At this point in time, the copy of Sharuum must be sacrificed since you cannot have multplies or any Commander on the field. You will want to designate both the targeted Sharuum and its copy to bounce each other back and forth from the graveyard. Disciple of the Vault will trigger for every single instance of this, meaning that you can choose any [b]one[/b] enemy player at this point in time and have them receive an infinite amount of damage.
