Get the listed permanents on the field first.
Then cast Windfall.
Stack as many copies of Uyo's activated ability as you can, bouncing pairs of lands back to your hand each time.
Example:
You have 7 lands, Uyo, and the Maniac, with a five card hand. Casting Windfall at this point would net you 4 cards drawn. With the remaining available mana and lands, you can copy Windfall three times, while bouncing six lands to your hand. This will result in a total of 40 cards drawn by each player, 10 drawn and discarded for the next copy in the chain each time.
By the time this happens, many if not all 60 card decks will bottom out from this barrage of draws.
