juggernaut (destructor in spanish) sitting in for
Destructor Dragon
when the token of destructor dragon dies (exile or otherwise) you can destroy any permanent.. do this on any turn...

I don't believe this works. "Dies" is specifically defined as goes to the graveyard so an exile effect will not trigger. perhaps some others can weigh in to confirm or deny but I think this is true.

Correct. Triggers on dying only happen if the thing is put into the graveyard from the battlefield. Self-exile does not work.
That said, there ARE plenty of ways to go about killing a creature, especially your own.

ok, why not make it infinite if we are to make it need sacrifice too.... add
