Activate Glarecaster which is equipped with Mask and attack. Iff opp has more flying creature power than his own life he is dead.
Even better if you are the defending Player!-)

For sure this works: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/magic-fundamentals/magic-rulings/magic-rulings-archives/304055-glarecaster-and-combat-phase

In the case that you are defender you would need Valor Made Real.

No.
From the link above:
"Combat damage is dealt as a single event (even though it may have multiple sources) during each combat damage step. All the damage that would be dealt to you and/or Glarecaster during the next damage event will instead be dealt to whatever you targeted. This is not a triggered ability; it's a redirection effect, which is a kind of replacement effect. It doesn't use the stack and can't be responded to.

So if you're attacked by 3 creatures, and block one with Glarecaster after activating its ability targeting your opponent, all the damage those 3 creatures would deal during that combat step is dealt to the opponent instead."
