With Dualcaster Mage in play, cast both Momentary Blinks targeting the Mage. When the first Blink resolves, copy the second Blink still on the stack with the triggered ability and blink the mage again and again for infinite ETB triggers.

Why not use cloudshift instead of momentary blink? one less mana per spell will make it that much easier to make use of the ETB effect, or the multiple spell effects gained from a guttersnipe or a gelectrode.

Neither of those creatures will trigger once the combo is going, since you don't cast these spell copies. See Isochron Scepter and Eye of the Storm for the difference in ability wording.
