Cocoon subbing for:

Hardened Scales is NOT necessary, but greatly advances the overall effect.

Get RK out, with at least one +1/+1 on all of your creatures, or at least the ones you think matter.

Activate OF, removing one counter from each creature with either evolve or an extra counter on it (this part is essential for the RK trigger)

You get a big Ooze token, all your evolvers evolve, including the RK, which causes all of your creatures to essentially evolve twice.

Eh, it happens. Search didn't turn it up since the original was subbed cards. Still feels silly though.
