It's not exactly a combo but it's nice trick. Ajani, Mentor of Heroes enters battlefield with 8 planeswaker counters(thanks to Doubling Season) and you gain 100 life. Next, play Ajani, Caller of the Pride(again 8 counters) and last ability gives you 240 tokens(120(if you lost life in this game number of tokens will be reduced) doubled by Double Season). You can use Doublig Season to activate last abilities of other planeswalkers when they enter the battlefield.
