Both on field. Activate Amoeboid Changeling, then target the creature with Holy Justiciar.

You can add Opalescence to target pesky god enchantments.

Add Glaring spotlight for hexproof pests.

Add Peregrine Drake, Deadeye Navigator, Freed from the real and copy enchantment and Enchanted evening, for all kinds of putting stuff on the bottom.

Switch the Changeling out for Imagecrafter, it costs one less.
I'm not sure from where "to the bottom" is coming. Exile means that the creature is put in the exile zone, outside of the battlefield. It has nothing to do with the bottom of the library.

Appreciate the positive response, my bad for say "putting on the bottom" rather than exile. 1 mana less can help indeed.
