See, this is what I was talking about. There are at least three ways I can think of to play Omniscience for four mana, through one means or another. Academy Rector, above, Replenish, with a discard mechanism in place, or Djinn of Wishes (although the price is technically 5 + 4, which can be payed over two turns).

Omniscience is an ugly card.
