get the sol ring in your graveyard and imprint it on myr welder. then lay out heartstone, reducing voltaic's ability by one, allowing you to tap and untap for infinite colorless.

Why not just use Palladium Myr instead of the Sol Ring and Welder?

palladium is the obvious choice, but this is just a cool alternative.
