Um, am I misreading it or are you giving your opponent a way to steal one of your creatures?

Control change abilities sort of use a timestamp to them. So you steal the creature with the licid, then give the stolen creature to yourself. When the licid drops off, the game rules still say you control the creature because of the last effect, the Bazaar Trader.
