First off...what are you doing with Flooded Strands and Polluted Delta? You are basically paying one life for an island. I don't see anything rewarding you for shuffling your deck...so the only thing you have going for these cards is deck thinning...which I'm uncertain as to why you aren't just using Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds. Sure the basic lands enter tapped, but they don't bring you down a life. They also cost cents where your rare fetch lands cost dollars.
The high tide mana looks tricky. Perhaps a Cloudstone Curio to bounce the Faeries, or a Palinchron to self bounce... I switched over to Aphetto Alchemist and Illusionist's Bracers with Silver Myr and Seat of Synod (and other fun things, but that is the mana portion).
I'm getting the jist that turtle until you have enough "free spells" to brain freeze... so what is the point of the eldrazi? They look slower to pull of and might possibly even get in your way. A Quicksilver Amulet to push the Spawnsire onto the battlefield earlier perhaps? Aether Vial with Energy Chambers?

Since Snow-Covered Islands are still basic lands, run those instead, and Snowfall:

So you don't have to break out the magnifying glass or anything, it has a cumulative upkeep of 1 blue mana, and acts as a permanent high tide for snow-covered islands.

Concerning Snowfall-wouldn't work in this deck as the mana it generates can only be used for paying cumulative upkeep

Boyachi- yes the shuffle doesn't matter and while expanse/wilds offers the same thinning, its the thinning without the lose of tempo that makes the fetchs better. you got to remember zero life is the only life that matters, other than that, its a resource like mana. For example, turn 1 you can drop expanse and find an island, and that's it your turn is over. Same turn 1, but with a fetch and 1 life, you get your island and you can still play ponder or brainstorm. in other words the tempo you maintained still being able to play turn 1 let you turn your 1 life into card advantage

Bluemaster-I like your build, very reminiscent of the high tides of old. If it is for kitchen table play I would find a way to add frantic search (though it is illegal in legacy format, so will depend on your playgroup)
While I realize the eldrazi are the secondary wincon, the number of them seems like overkill. Theoretically you should be able to combo out by turn 5-6, and while you might be able to generate the 30 mana for spawnsire and his ability you can get the 15 mana for emurkel. At that point in the game 1 attack from him should pretty much cripple your opponent.

Guess I should have broken out the magnifying glass myself.
